Cake Roll recipe:
3eggs
75g sugar
85g cake flour
1tbsp oil
1) beat eggs and sugar for 5mins on high speed, until it has doubled in volume, and has a ribbon-like thick texture. sift in cake flour, gently fold in the flour and then add oil.
2) bake in 350F(160c) preheated oven for 13mins. After its done, quickly take out the cake from the pan and pre-roll it. Then, let it cool completely before adding filling.
