Jap Cheese ball 芝士麻糬波波

For those of you not know what cheese ball is, it is a super popular bakery item in Asia. It is ok to not know cas i haven't seen any around in canada. But it is really hard to describe the taste of it if you haven't tried one yet, it is like the Asian donut, soft and chewy in the middle, comes in many different flavors, the cheese one I made is the most original and basic type. I assume that these cheese balls are first introduced in Japan, then it invaded hong kong because of the unique and addictive texture it has. They are sooo good:)
