Don't we all love homemade bread? Here's another recipe for bread: rosemary bread rolls! Yeah ~ these muffin size bread rolls made prefect breakfast or snacks, plus these are only 151calories each, light and yet enough to fill your stomach. You can't believe how simple to make it,
Recipe (make 5muffin size bread rolls)
1c all-purpose flour
1/2c whole wheat flour
1t salt
1t yeast
1T sugar
2t dry rosemary
1/2c warm water
1) combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, pour in the warm water and knead mix it together with a wooden spoon. Once the ingredients come together, knead it with your hands until a dough is formed.
2) divide the dough into 5equal portion (80g each). Oil a muffin tin with olive oil, put the dough in each muffin cup. Let it rise in a warm place for one and a half hour.
3) preheat oven to 375F. Bake them for 12mins. :)
