Start your day off with a super easy and healthy meal - crust less quiche. One lovely breakfast idea that I should have think of earlier >:( recalling my memory, the last time making quiche was sometime around last september. That time, I made the quiche with crust and in the form of a small tart. It was good but cannot consider as something that is healthy since the crust itself already loaded with calories and fat. I always have a thought that is crust necessary, can I possibly omit it? By not making the crust can not only save my some room for dessert and also save my time. I wish I had proceed my thought earlier instead of finding crust less quiche tastes as good as quiche with a crust right now. If you have no time in the morning, prepare and bake the quiche overnight, microwave it in the next morning. :)
