Don't we all love CAKE? Go away if u don't, o no wait, come back, cas this cake is so amazing and u relly hav to take a look of it:0 ! Lol. Swiss ROll Cake <3 I used to have it everyday when I was small, but then my mom stopped buying it, so I couldn't eat it anymore (too lazy to buy it myself xD) so, umm , not so sure why i made it, but I just did and it turned out so goood :D The cake was soft and spongy (lol, isn't that wht is supposed to be?! Is a sponge cake !!) then I used whipped cream as the filling, but any other filling works the same too, eg. Jam, buttercream and so on, maybe even ice-cream:0 so gd man! Uguys got to try it!!
Recipe
2 eggs , in room temp
80g sugar
55g flour
1tbsp milk
1tbsp oil
1/2tsp vanilla
1) beat together eggs and sugar with a electric hand mixer on high speed until it turns white and doubles in volume.
2) sift in flour and fold it into the egg batter. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
3) line an 9inch square baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter , bake in 350F preheated oven for 12 mins or until it turns golden brown.
4) let the cake cool completely on a rack. Then spread the filling and roll it. Put it into the fridge for abt 30mins before you cut and serve.
