Burger bun #2

Aw, the second time making burger buns! Btw, guys.. This bun only contains 180 calories per each.
Whole wheat burger bun (make 5buns)
100g whole wheat flour
100g all purpose flour
2tsps sugar
1/2tsp salt
1tsp instant yeast
125mL warm water
1) mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, turn the dough out on a floured surface, keep on kneading in flour if the dough appears too wet. Knead for about 5mins, a soft and smooth dough should be formed. Put the dough back into the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap, let the dough relax for 20mins.
2) take the dough and divide it into 5equal portions (around70g each). Shape it into a smooth ball, place them on a baking sheet which lined with parchment paper. Let them rise in room temp for an hour or it has doubled in size.(may take more time to rise in winter, around twice as usual time, so .. Be patient:)*
3) lightly brush a beaten egg to do an egg wash, sprinkle sesame seed or poppy seed on top(optional). bake them in 375F preheated oven for 10mins.

Tips for helping the dough rise:)
~ turn on the oven for a few minutes, then turn it off. Put the dough in it.
~ microwave a cup of water for 2mins, your microwave would not get warm cas of the steam that the water gives out. Put ur dough in it and let it rise.
