Pretzels

In A Saturday afternoon looking for snack, had a feeling to eat pretzels but too lazy to go to the mall, so how about the homemade ones? Cool! Let's do it :>
Pretzels recipe: make 8 pretzels (80g each)
Dough:
2&3/4cups all purpose flour
2tsps instant yeast
1tsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
1tbsp oil
1cup warm water
Egg wash:
1egg, beaten
Salt
Parmesan cheese

1) mix together the dough ingredients and knead for 5mins or until a soft and smooth dough is formed. Let it rise in a warm place for an hour or until it rise.
2) punch the dough down and divide it into eight equal pieces. Form it into pretzels shape. Place it on the baking sheet and cover it with plastic wrap, let it rise for an hour.
3) brush with the beaten egg, sprinkle with salt and cheese. Bake in 375F preheated oven for 12mins.
